The Huracán EVO RWD delivers the evolution of the most successful Lamborghini V10 to the realm of pure, unfiltered driving emotion, where skill and engineering excellence combine to deliver an exhilarating experience. As the driver, you exercise greater control over the car to form a unique and intimate bond: Rewind to Rear-Wheel Drive means a return to the origins of mechanical purity, the true essence of a Lamborghini.

The technological advancements that push Huracán EVO RWD toward the future are counterbalanced by an ever-greater desire to reconnect to the physical, instinctive pleasure of driving. The Huracán EVO RWD embodies the most high-tech return to these origins, and it is dedicated to all those who know they cannot do without technology but embrace the thrill of driving and the joy it can offer. The connoisseur driver holds the reins of the car—controlling it, not the other way around. A strategic game for masters of their car, not for those merely behind the wheel.

Sophisticated aerodynamic solutions are expressed through the iconic Lamborghini Design DNA, which in the Huracán EVO RWD is inspired by the nose of a shark. The design lines emphasize the stance of the car, where the wider front air intake provides an improved aerodynamic system and increased level of efficiency. The characteristic Y-shaped, electric concept headlights adorn the front splitter as an aerodynamic element. Adorning the rear, is an F-Duct spoiler derived from the world of motorsports, which naturally increases downforce through the spoiler's contact with the airflow and harmonizes instinctively with the diffuser below.

Huracán EVO RWD forges a direct connection with its driver, both physically and through interaction with each of ones senses. This begins with the evolutionary design of the interior, which features an 8.4-inch human-machine Interface built into the central tunnel, imparting a refined on-board touchscreen experience for driver and passenger. Upholstery is available in either leather or Alcantara with additional features such as our  Carbon Skin?, an innovative carbon fiber material available only from Lamborghini, thus creating an atmosphere of exclusive yet informal luxury.

  • The vehicle dynamics have been developed and refined to produce a car that is more fun to drive, providing the driver with a more direct response and outstanding handling performance. The result is driving emotion that is unparalleled within the segment. The Lamborghini Inertial Platform (LPI) - Huracán EVO RWD's central dynamic system, provides accurate, real-time control of the car’s behavior. As options, the vertical dynamics are managed by the magnetorheological suspension (LMS) system while, the Lamborghini Dynamic Steering (LDS) system handles lateral dynamics.

  • HMI

The new human-machine interface of the Huracán EVO RWD is the ultimate technological advancement. While traditional push buttons become less dominant, the central tunnel features a generous 8.4-inch multi-touch capacitive screen. A simple tap of your finger manages entertainment functions, displays real-time traffic information, and adapts the cockpit lights to the current driving mode, through our optional Ambient Lighting Package. The system offers enhanced connectivity as never seen before in a Huracán.

The design of the Huracán EVO RWD has been carefully engineered to improve aerodynamic efficiency from every vantage point. The front splitter’s design focuses on aerodynamic functionality. Through the opening of a slot, a suspended wing achieves two important objectives: to harness and optimize the air flow passing underneath the car, and to improve engine and brake cooling through a sharp increase of the frontal flow rates. The redesigned rear diffuser further increases the vertical downforce produced, in comparison to the all-wheel-drive variant of the Huracán EVO.

The distinctive, naturally aspirated V10 engine derived from the Huracán EVO—the top-performance V10 evolution—maintains that engine’s same fundamental technological characteristics, including the unmistakable Lamborghini V10 sound, the light-alloy construction and titanium intake valves.

The architecture of the Huracán EVO RWD suspension forms overlapping quadrilateral members that optimize handling and sport-oriented performance. The optional magnetorheological shock absorbers instantaneously react to driving style, adapting to the road conditions and driving dynamics, further improving the overall feedback and control of the car.

The Huracán EVO RWD is equipped with an Electronic Power Steering (EPS) system, which seamlessly adapts to all driving styles to deliver the ideal amount of steering assistance, both on the track and on the road. The EPS is also supported by the optional Lamborghini Dynamic Steering (LDS) system, which provides a dynamic variation of the steering ratio, changing according to the vehicle’s conditions and ANIMA mode selected

  • P-TCS

A new feature maximizes the performance of the Huracán EVO RWD: P-TCS (Performance Traction Control). Compared to standard traction control systems, the proactive management of torque to the rear wheels improves effectiveness on low-grip surfaces in Strada mode, maximizes the “fun-to-drive” element in Sport mode, and enhances vehicle traction and sharpness at corner exit in Corsa mode.

Imagine you could use two clutch mechanisms in the same unit: while one gear is engaged, the other is already selected to reduce gear change time to a minimum. This is what the Huracán EVO RWD delivers, thanks to its 7-speed Lamborghini Dual Clutch (LDF) transmission, a mechanism that allows the clutch and gears to work almost instantaneously and as seamlessly as possible.

The intent of the Huracán EVO RWD is not simply to direct power to the rear wheels. Rather, every aspect of vehicle design has been tuned to maximize the thrilling driving dynamics that come from a rear-wheel-drive architecture. This included modifying aerodynamic systems and bodywork to optimize air flow, and developing P-TCS, Lamborghini's specific traction-control management that prioritizes sportiness while providing confident, visceral feedback that only Huracán EVO RWD can deliver.
